If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible (under 24 hours). Making a change may delay when your order is ready for shipping, but it's our goal to make things right as soon as possible!

Return Policy
Our greatest goal is to make sure our customers are 110% happy. We will strive to do all that we can to make sure you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience.
As soon as your order arrives, please look it over carefully. If you feel that you have received a defective item, please contact us within three business days of receipt of your order. If the items sent are incorrect or you are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get it corrected asap. Returns must be initiated within 20 days of receipt of order.
If you need to make a return, please contact us by email, so that we can initiate the return process.

Returns Guidelines
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
All returns must be received within 20 days of the date that we ship out your order.
Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, (no make-up stains or other stains) ALL tags must still be attached. Include a copy of your invoice with your return.
Shipping is Non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end. Sale items, flash sale items, final sale, clearance items, accessories (includes jewelry) and intimates are FINAL SALE and can not be returned.

Since we stock a limited amount of each jaw-dropping style on our site, we can’t guarantee an exchange. We understand your sadness in missing out on that awesome item, but we will issue a store credit to buy another fabulous stylish piece.

Store Credit
Store credit is good for one year after issue. We know you won’t wait that long as we are sure you’ll find a swoon-worthy piece of clothing in no time.
If an item is a little more than your store credit, you have the option to pay the difference with the second form of payment. Don’t wait and let that beauty get away.
